Companion Care:  

refers to those who are mobile and who need help with basic functions of daily living.

• conversation, games, walks, luncheons, leisure activities

• transportation on outings, appointments, errands

• grocery shopping, meal prep and planning, and then cooking meals

• light household cleaning

• change, wash linens and clothes
   

Moderate Care:

includes all under Basic Care, as well as:

• bathing, grooming, dressing

• assistance with walker

• assistance with incontinence

• limited night assistance

Dependent Care:

includes all under Moderate Care, as well as:

• transfers repositioning to chair, car, shower, wheelchair

• hoyer lift or specialized equipment

• full incontinence

• alzheimers

• full night assistance
